백자인형명기(白瓷人形明器)는 백자로 제작된 인물 형상의 도자기로, 사후 세계에서의 안녕과 복락(福樂)을 기원하는 의미를 담아 제작된 부장품입니다.
조선시대에 이르러 명기는 점차 축소되고 단순화된 형태로 변화하였으며, 이 시기에는 양반뿐만 아니라 일반 서민층의 묘에서도 다양한 형태의 개성 있는 명기가 확인됩니다.
본 유물은 하단이 넓게 퍼진 복식을 입고 가슴 앞에서 두 손을 모은 형상입니다. 얼굴의 이목구비와 머리카락 등은 철사 안료로 채색되었고, 전면에는 회백색 유약이 시유되어 있습니다. 굽에는 모래 받침 흔적이 남아있습니다.

至朝鲜时期，明器的形制逐渐趋于简化和小型化，在这一时期，不仅王公贵族，普通百姓的墓葬中亦可见各类具有个性化特征的明器。
本件明器呈现出身着下摆宽大的服饰、双手合握于胸前的形象。面部五官与发髻以铁色颜料描绘，器物表面施有灰白色釉。底部可见垫烧时所留砂痕。

During the Joseon Dynasty, the funerary objects gradually became smaller and simpler in form. In this period, such objects are found not only in the tombs of the aristocracy but also among those of commoners, often in diverse and unique forms.
This artifact depicts a figure wearing a wide-bottomed robe with both hands joined in front of the chest. The facial features and hair are painted with iron pigment, and the front is coated with a grayish-white glaze. Traces of a sand support remain on the foot of the piece.
