상감 기법에 금 장식을 더한 고려시대 청자입니다. 외측면선이 완만한 곡선을 이룬 발의 형태입니다. 안쪽 면에는 당초문, 여의두문, 국화문을 상감 기법으로 새겼고, 일부에 화금(畵金) 장식을 더한 흔적이 남아 있습니다. 바깥 면에는 흑백상감으로 국화와 당초문을 새겼습니다. 국화는 절개와 장수, 당초문은 영원한 생명력, 여의두문은 뜻을 이룬다는 길상 의미를 담습니다.
굽은 다리 굽이며, 굽 바닥의 세 곳에 규석을 받친 흔적이 남아 있습니다. 맑고 투명한 녹청색 청자 유약이 전면에 입혀져 있고 빙렬이 있습니다.
화금청자는 소성과정에서 금이 손실되기 쉬워 제작이 까다롭고 현존 예가 드뭅니다. 『고려사』에 원나라 조정에 진상한 기록이 전하며, 고려 후기에 황실을 비롯한 고위층을 위해 제작되었을 것으로 추정됩니다. 현재 호암미술관, 국립중앙박물관 등 소수 기관에만 소장된 귀한 유물입니다.

器物为高丽时代的青瓷，其上用象嵌技法辅以描金装饰。器形为敞口碗，外壁线条柔和流畅，呈优美的弧形。器内以象嵌技法装饰缠枝纹、如意头纹与菊花纹，局部可见描金装饰残留。外壁则以黑白象嵌表现菊花纹与缠枝纹。菊花象征高洁与长寿，缠枝纹寓意生生不息的生命力，如意头纹则寄托心愿达成的吉祥意义。
器物为圈足，足底三处可见垫烧用硅石支钉痕迹。通体施以清澈透明的青绿色釉，釉面冰裂纹清晰可见。
描金青瓷在烧制过程中金彩极易脱落，制作难度极高，现存实例极为稀少。《高丽史》中记载其曾作为贡品进献元朝宫廷，推测为高丽后期专为皇室及上层贵族制作的器物。现仅由湖岩美术馆、韩国国立中央博物馆等少数机构收藏，尤为罕见。

This Goryeo celadon bowl features gold decoration added to the inlay technique. The bowl has a gentle curve along its outer profile. The interior is inlaid with arabesque, ruyi-head, and chrysanthemum motifs, with traces of gold painting remaining in some areas. The exterior is decorated with chrysanthemum and arabesque designs using black and white inlay. The chrysanthemum symbolizes fidelity and longevity, the arabesque represents eternal vitality, and the ruyi-head motif conveys the auspicious meaning of wishes coming true.
The foot is a ring foot, and traces of three silica spurs remain on the base. The entire vessel is coated with a clear, transparent greenish-blue celadon glaze, and fine crackles are present.
Hwageum (gold-painted) celadon is rare due to the difficulty of its production, as gold is susceptible to loss during the firing process. Records in the Goryeosa (History of Goryeo) mention that such items were presented as tribute to the Yuan imperial court. It is presumed to have been produced for the royal family and high-ranking officials during the late Goryeo period. Currently, it is a precious artifact with only a few surviving examples held by institutions such as the Ho-Am Art Museum and the National Museum of Korea.
